UPS has consistently proven to be a leader in package delivery, and we trust their network to get your orders to you efficiently and in excellent condition. In fact, we are proud that approximately 98% of our orders reach our customers within 4 to 5 business days. Please keep in mind that standard business days exclude weekends, as major carriers like UPS do not typically operate on Saturday and Sunday.
While UPS is our preferred carrier, depending on factors such as package size, weight, and destination, autotippro.com may occasionally choose to ship your order through an alternative carrier at our discretion to optimize delivery speed and reliability.
We do have some limitations regarding shipping destinations. Unfortunately, we are currently unable to ship orders to Puerto Rico, P.O. Boxes, or APO/FPO addresses. We do offer shipping to Hawaii via 2nd Day UPS Air. At this time, we do not process shipments to Mexico, Canada, or any locations outside of North America. In rare instances involving special case orders that require exceptional handling or incur additional costs, we reserve the right to apply supplementary shipping charges. Should your order fall into this category, we will proactively communicate any such charges to you for your approval before proceeding with the shipment.
Keep an eye out for our special free freight promotions, which are frequently available and applicable to most orders. However, please be aware that some oversized items, particularly those requiring truck freight, may be subject to additional shipping fees. All shipments requiring truck freight must be delivered to a verified commercial business address. Residential deliveries for truck freight are possible but will incur additional service charges. Furthermore, we do not ship oversized products via truck freight outside of the contiguous 48 United States. Finally, please be aware that refused shipments for which we have not received prior notification will be subject to charges for both outbound and return shipping costs.
