The majority of products at autotippro.com are eligible for return or exchange within 30 days from the date of purchase. This applies to a wide range of baby essentials, potentially including Chicco car seats (depending on availability on our site), strollers, and accessories. To qualify for a full refund or credit, returned items must be in pristine, brand new condition. This means they should be unused, unscratched, and without any signs of wear and tear. For items with wheels, please ensure there are no scuff marks from outdoor use. All original tags and packaging must also be included with your return.

Understanding Refunds and Timelines

While we are pleased to provide complimentary return shipping for eligible items, please note that original shipping charges (Ground, Express, or Overnight) are non-refundable.

You can expect a full refund for your purchase as long as the returned items meet our ‘new condition’ criteria. In the rare instance that a returned item shows signs of use beyond reasonable home testing, a restocking fee, up to 50% of the purchase price, may be applied. Examples of situations that may incur restocking fees include used wheels ($25), missing original packaging ($20), or items requiring cleaning due to stains or pet hair ($25). If an item cannot be accepted for a refund even with a restocking fee, our Customer Experience team will contact you to arrange for the item to be shipped back to you, or to discuss the possibility of a partial store credit.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit. Please be aware that if you are returning a gift, the refund will be processed as store credit only.

Once your return is received and carefully inspected, we will notify you via email about the status of your return. If your return is approved, the refund process will be initiated within 5 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed. However, please allow some processing time for the credit to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your bank.

However, we currently do not process direct exchanges for customers outside the contiguous United States, including Hawaii, Alaska, and international addresses. For orders from these locations requiring an exchange, the item must be returned for a refund and then re-purchased.
